Serves 6-8 as nibbles Ingredients: 250g mixed nuts - whatever you have in the cupboard or whichever nuts you like best! 50g mixed seeds 1 tsp honey 1 tbsp olive oil Sea salt and ground black pepper 1/2 tsp paprika 1 tsp cayenne pepper Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 170°C / 150°C fan. In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together well. 2. Tip onto a baking tray and then roast for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned. Toss them halfway through to ensure even roasting. 3. Leave to cool then serve in small bowls.
