I have always enjoyed hosting dinner parties for my close friends and family, which is what first inspired me to set up my blog and catering business. I love to create an informal yet special environment for people to sit back, relax and enjoy my food in.
I now host regular private dinner parties for customers in the North West. These typically consist of a three course sharing-style meal, plus a welcome cocktail for each guest upon arrival.
Menus are created using ingredients and dishes which suit the time of year in terms of weather and seasonal produce. I tend to change them quarterly in line with the four seasons, however I often create bespoke menus depending on the occasion or individual customer requirements.
