Sweet Potato Gnocchi

This was my first attempt at making any kind of gnocchi and tonight we had it for dinner with sausage, garlic, chilli, kale & tomato.

Tasted great but next time I would make the gnocchi dumplings a little smaller and with possibly less flour (although with it being sweet potato, the dough was pretty wet so more flour was needed in order to work with it) – overall, a successful new dish to add to the repertoire for practising! 🍠
