I have been going to yoga classes for the last couple of years, and it’s now a key part of my weekly routine. I spent this weekend in Derbyshire on my first yoga retreat with a lovely group of people who were all looking for some time out from their busy lives in one way or another.
It was really interesting to meet new people, hear their stories, how they first found yoga and how it’s helped them find balance in their lives. I loved the yoga classes, the walking, the delicious food (of course), the glamping experience and generally being closer to nature, and just having some time and space to truly relax and unwind.
This picture was taken by one of our yoga instructors who found me enjoying a cup of tea on my own, early on Sunday morning before most people were up, which is one of my favourite things to do no matter where I am!
