Autumnal Porridge

I love porridge for breakfast. I rarely have it mid-week but at weekends sometimes there’s nothing better than a bowl of this sweet, warm, oaty goodness to set you up for the day.

It’s great how versatile it can be depending on what you add in or on top of it. This morning I went for a mixed nut topping – these had been roasted with a little butter, honey and cinnamon a few days ago and there was still plenty to use up!
