Arguably the epitome of a meze platter: the one and only Hummus.

I don’t think I know a single person who isn’t a fan of this dip, made from chickpeas, tahini, garlic and lemon with a little cumin, salt and pepper – it’s so simple but so, so good 😍

I love it topped with toasted pine nuts and a sprinkling of paprika, served in any shape or form: with crudités and warm pitta, in a falafel wrap, with lamb koftas… (or actually just eaten on its own with a spoon, peanut butter style – yep, guilty as charged 🙋🏻‍♀️)
